Morning guys. I hope you remember today that if you slip up you can restart your day at any time. You don’t have to wait til the next day to start over. Just sit down, breathe for a few minutes, and start again.

I like this. I really like this.

Reading this everyday for the weeks to come.

Neither Courage Wolf nor Calming Manatee were doing much to help my anxiety, but I knew they were both on to something.

So, I created Calmage Wolfatee.

I’M SO INSPIRED

I saw these this morning and proceeded to have a FANTASTIC DAY. I cannot help but think this is not coincidence.

going back to school after a break is like when you pause a video game to go pee and when you come back you forget how intense and chaotic everything was when you paused it and the second you unpause it all your enemies collectively punch you in the face

when ur absent from school and you ask the teacher to explain something and they just say ‘well you should have been here’

i cant tell whether this is what the teacher is basically saying or if this is what the student feels like saying or both

PRO TIP: watching “how it’s made” is SUCH a good way to combat an anxiety attack! There’s soothing music, a soothing narrator who’s intonation never changes (narrators never yell or change their speaking pace), it’s engaging enough to keep you occupied but doesn’t force you to think too hard!

also sometimes the narrator makes bad puns

also you get to see how mundane objects are made like candles or mattresses but also cool things like guitars or grandfather clocks or bagels

also you get sucked in and suddenly you’ve gone from fiberglass boats to bubble gum but you’re just like “it’s all good”

"Her father and brother died in the same month. She developed a very bad problem in her head after that. For months, she would barely move. I was so worried about her that I took her to hospitals, and nothing worked. It was the hardest time of my life. But now she is better. She’s the greatest wife. Every time I come home, she makes me tea and thanks me for working all day.""How did she fix her sadness?""None of the hospitals could help. But we just kept praying together."
